Apartment Review for Brandywine - Saint Petersburg, FL

This place is unreal. Words can't describe the poor treatment and service. There is no issue when it comes to taking down your request however its the follow through. There is no follow through and it is all lipservice. St. pete is lacking a decent apartment complex and since its the only one in this neighborhood it can continue to give this level of service. Its all about what you can live with and/or without. Its more like what can you live without and how much are you willing to pay. Honestly, the biggest problem this complex has is failure to meet the customer's expectations.
