Apartment Review for Brandywine - Saint Petersburg, FL

My refrigerator leeks all over my kithcen floor and they say nothing is wrong with it. we have an ant problem and was told that we would because we live on the first floor. when we moved in we where told that our rent was raised because they put in a new stove and a new dishwasher, then when we moved in the oven was dirty and the dishwasher had rust all inside of it. they had the electric turned back into thier name 2 months after we moved in and sent a letter complainig that we never turned it on and not to mention the cost of having to turn it back on.Our airconditioner broke and leaked water all over the ground; the air was fixed but now we have mold where it was wet and this is all in the 4 months that we have been here
