Apartment Review for Brandywine - Saint Petersburg, FL

I lived in Brandywine for over a year & enjoyed it most of the time. The apartments are nice, the grounds are kept up well and it's not too expensive. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that everytime I needed to speak to someone in the office or get into the office to refill our electronic cards used for laundry, the office was closed or signs would be put up saying be back @ 3. However when you go back @ 3 there would be another sign saying another time. Very friendly staff. Gay friendly as well. Located nicely by the Tyrone mall.
