Apartment Review for Brandywine - Saint Petersburg, FL

I have lived here for 3 years, through 3 different community managers, and the most recent is AMAZING!! He's awesome and he's actually getting stuff done around here; they recently installed covered parking for us, i've heard they are putting in a new fitness center, installing new street signs and traffic signs, they have a new "courtesy patrol" that has quieted all the buildings around me. Nothing can completely change overnight, but at least this manager cares!! My friends that have had broken appliances were told "too bad" from previous managers, but the new one is quick to replace them and it seems like he does just about everything he can to make the residents happy!!

As for people who have "died because of Brandywine," if they actually read their lease, they would know that they have to let the landlord know about mold for them to fix it. I had mold in my bathroom and when notified, there was a whirlwind of maintenance men in my apartment fixing everything from pipe-leaks to water extraction and they replaced cabinets and repainted and refinished everything!!

I definitely recommend this to my friends because they offer a Resident Referral program and I have gotten $200 off my rent for every friend I refer that moves in!! I can't even explain how AMAZING it is to get $200 off rent and also have your friends live near you!!
