Apartment Review for Lincoln Shores - Saint Petersburg, FL

I have lived in Lincoln Shores for many years, and in a couple different apartments, and things have been going steadily downhill for a few years now. The staff is on a revolving door. They don't care at all about anything but money and eventhough many units are empty somehow there always manages to be 75 kids in each of the three pools when school is out. There just can't be that many kids living here. You only see them at the pool! The buildings are falling into disrepair on the outside. The maint. staff does a pretty good job of showing up quickly when something inside breaks but the overall lack of caring about the buildings and the common areas is not only starting to show but it's starting to get dangerous. Think twice before signing a lease here. Then think again, and again. After 8 years, I'm looking forward to when my lease is up so I can get out of here.
