Apartment Review for The Meadows - Saint Petersburg, FL

It took multiple visitis to the office for them to fix busted shower & leaking pipes. The portch floods because they never replaced the gutter that they said they would. The gate is busted atleast twice a month for the whole weekend. The garbage piles up atleast one weekend a month. Mold growing inside outer walls due to problems with building and they don't try to fix. "I don't know what to tell you" is all they have to say. They make think up other reasons for things not working so they don't have to actually do work. Office ladies are nice but don't really pay much attention. When ever it rains more then an inch the whole place floods. There is not drainadge in teh whole complex or out on the road. I move around a lot and I have never lived in such a unpleasant place in all my life. I would say even though the rent might be cheaper then the guys next door your health is worth much more. Pay the extra money to live some where else.
