Apartment Review for Queensmark Apartments - Saint Petersburg, FL

I was considering moving in this apartment and thank god I did not sign the lease when I made my deposit. Four hours after I made my deposit , I received a call that the rent I was quoted would be 25.00 more because of upgrades to the apartment. The upgrades were new cabinets, flooring and carpeting. I could not see these upgrades, because the people that supposedly had the keys to my apartment were gone for the day. I ended up moving to Coquina Key and glad of the decision I made. The rent is more but, you get your money's worth.
