Apartment Review for Rio Vista Village - Saint Petersburg, FL

This property went thru a majpr renovation, but i think they bit off more than they could chew, the professionalism of the management staff has been on a downward spiral ever since they got rid of the manager that had worked there for years and got them thru 80% of thier renovation then stopped the work in progress, they have had 3 new managers since then and replaced the hardest working staff I have ever come across....very expensive place to live with very little to offer apts are too small, water and electric bills are too high, office staff is nonresponsive....big change from 2 years ago unfortunately has not been a good change.....
