Apartment Review for Royal Ridge - Saint Petersburg, FL

We have lived here for some years while waiting to buy our first home. I will be leaving soon and could never be more relieved. There were gun shots in the complex just a few weeks ago, a lady's car windows all busted out in the parking lot, and a burglary, all this in a months time. This is how it is most of the time. Last year a pregnant woman has hit by a car in a dispute in the parking lot. There are always people drinking on the property out side, always on the corner at night hanging and partying. They turn the water off a few times per month without notice saying they had an emergency, the water is off for house some time. New neighbors are pissed every time, just the way we were when we moved in and still are. The maintenance is horrible and they can't keep a steady maintenance person. The assistant manager tell everyone's business. I knew about peoples business I had never met within a week after moving here. The apartments have bugs, all of the, ever resident I have met complain of them. The apartments are ugly, old, broken down, and not all of the power plug in or phone lines work. We only have one working phone line in our who apartment. If you live upstairs, everything you do is heard by the people below, "even just walking around!" You can here the neighbors T.V. This place is not Royal in anyway. And anyone that I have met here agrees and is planning to move.
