They will screw you every chance they get. They messed up some paperwork and allowed my old roommate to break the lease four months early. That made my wife and me responsible for his share of the rent. They refused to do anything about it. They also tried to charge us for an extra 10 days of rent because I didn't sign and turn in the Notice to Vacate paper within 60 days. I understand the rule but I told them numerous times on the phone when we were moving. I asked them to stick the papers in my door or mailbox because they were closed when I left for work and when I got home from work. I did not receive the vacate papers until after the 60 days.

They never pick up the garbage when they are supposed to. The hallways are always filthy. They cleaned my hallway once in the entire year that I was there. The racoons will destroy your garbage. By the way, they charge you $20 a month to pick up your garbage and you do not have a choice.

The towel racks in the bathrooms are hung from the drywall instead of the studs. Needless to say they have pulled away. They also used the cheapest flat paint so whenever you bump it, it will mark or fall off.

The pool is NEVER clean. I understand that we live in Florida but that is no excuse to have thousands of dead bugs in the pool. It would only take an hour a day for someone to net the pool. I would have done it myself, but they do not have a net in the pool area.

The units are not insulated well at all. I keep the air set to 78 and pay over $160 a month for electric. If you look at the doors and windows, you will see light shining in almost the entire way around.

There are huge potholes throughout the parking lot. They have been there for months.

Gated community? The gates have very rarely worked properly in the year I have lived here. God forbid you forget your remote because the code only works one out of every ten tries. That is only true when the gates are actually closed.

We pay $1100 for a 2/2 and a garage. In the end of August, I received the notice that if we wanted to stay it would be $185 more a month. I guess that would be the exact amount of money to correct all of the problems stated above. If anything, we should have been paying $700 a month for what we had and the way we were treated. This place is a lot nicer looking from the outside. In the last two weeks there have been over 18 units that people moved out of for the same reasons we are moving. I recommend living any where else but here.
