Apartment Review for The Coves Of Brighton Bay - Saint Petersburg, FL

I am a long term tenant of the Coves. It is a pleasant place to live with it's individual ups and downs. The parking is horrible. By design, there simply isn't enough of it and those that rent garages do so for storage and don't tend to put their cars in them. Arriving home late usually means a hike to your unit. the noise levels are OK considering. I live on a ground floor corner unit with direct parking lot walkway access along two walls of my master bedroom. Every late night partier and dog walking cell phone chat is usually shared through my bedroom wall. By and large the neighbors are friendly and courteous and respond when asked to adjust. The appearance of the apartment is good to very good as a lot of effort and energy is spent on grounds and facilities. The best part of living here is the service provided. As normal wear and tear happens, I have had AC and other outages and the response has been professional and first rate. The office staff is friendly and engaging. They work with you and resolve whatever may be wrong. I've never waited a full 24 hours for a response to anything. I've enjoyed living here and would recommend the unit to others.
