Apartment Review for The Reserve At Lake Point - Saint Petersburg, FL

I attempted to pay my rent the day before it is considered late and ran into problems with the Reserve's website. I called the office and left a message for help, I tried the website three times, I did everything I could to try to pay the rent on time and let them know that. Even though they see my numerous attempts to pay in their system and got my message, they still are trying to slam me with $100 late fee. The office manager's boss told me to pay the rent minus the late fee while we are disputing the matter, but I get a message from the office manager that was the RUDEST NASTIEST message, treating me like an idiot and telling me she was going to cancel my rent payment since I didn't include the late fee. The office has been incredibly rude about the matter...if you try to speak to anyone important they give you the runaround and dont let you speak to them or put you through to 4 people trying to discourage you. They do not give the maintenance staff the work orders all the time, I had to wait a year and a half for one order to be completed despite my numerous calls and visits to the office. This place is AWFUL
