Apartment Review for The Reserve At Lake Point - Saint Petersburg, FL

I have been talking with a gentelman at the Reserve at Lake Pointe and he has been so nice. I believe his name is Dan or David. I thought after several phone calls I was ready to go and rent an apartment. I came in at 11:05 am today and asked for the gentelman. I woman with blonde hair (Dawn) told me that he was not here today and offered to show me around. I explained that I would just come back when he was there and she stated "I can rent you the apartment cheaper that he will" She was very rude and when we were talking, she picked up her cell phone and responded to three text messages and ignored me. I was so upset that I left with out looking at an apartment and I will go find an apartment somewhere else. I feel terriable about my morning. I know I should have called for an appointment. I have never been treated so bad ever. I guest the customer service would have been different if I could have meet with the gentelman I talk to on the phone. I would not recommend the apartment complex to anyone after my morning today. I am 46 years old and just sold my condo and wanted to rent a townhome for at least the next 5 years.
