Apartment Review for Verandahs At Brighton Bay - Saint Petersburg, FL

People always write on these things talking about the bad things they have experienced in apartments and I am going to do the opposite. I lived at the Verandahs for the past year and have nothing but great things to say about the location. My building and the grounds were keep in excellent shape and never looked less than perfect. My individual apartment was very spacious. The parking situation was never an issue except may be one or two times when I came home late at night on the weekend. Other than that, never did I have any issues with parking. The staff was very friendly and kind. There was one issue where I had to call to fix the toilet and it was done in less than 12 hours. My friends were in shock as to how nice my apartment was and how well kept the grounds were. The pool area is gorgeous and there are always friendly people around. As a young female I never felt unsafe walking around the apartment or even the area. This is a wonderful apartment complex that is worth spending a little extra money. If I had not been relocated back up north, I would have continued to say at the Veranahs for a long time!
