The loudest place we have ever lived

My husband and I have lived here for about two months and we have not had a goodnights sleep yet. Everyday and night you here people walking, TV's, radios, dogs barking, nieghbors doing construction work out infront of the apartment. There has never been one night or morning that we have not been woke up. The complex has been notified several times and no response has been made to fix the problem. I would never live here again and I am counting the months down to the end of my lease.  Need to rent an apartment?
